FOWT 2025, the world’s largest event dedicated to floating offshore wind energy, is coming up just after Easter and we are planning for a strong Norwegian presence

With France advancing as a key floating wind market – featuring three consented 250MW projects and ongoing grid connection work – this year’s event offers valuable insights and networking opportunities.

So far, we have confirmed meetings with EDF, Ocean Winds, both with upcoming projects from the AO6 tenders, as well as EnBW France, a strong contender for future projects. The French government has pre-qualified twelve candidates for the AO9 tender with floating projects of up to 2.5 GW to be selected this autumn and developers being present in Brest.
