12 June - 13 June | | Kristiansand | Open for all

Plug and abandonment is on the agenda as the Norwegian Association for Leading Drilling and Well Personell (NFLB) gathers in Kristiansand.

“Only 24 Norwegian wells are to be plugged in 2016, but a whopping 2400 more will follow over the next years. A whole new market is opening up”, says Øistein Tømte, a board member at NFLB.

On June 12 and 13, representatives from Statoil, Cameron, National Oilwell Varco, AF Gruppen and others are to give presentations on plug and abandonment at NFLB’s summer conference. The annual event is more often than not held in Kristiansand. It stands out from other conferences because it is held over a weekend and at a minor cost; NOK 2640.

Approximately 80 representatives from some fewer companies are expected to attend the conference at Clarion Hotel Ernst.
