Are you interested in the offshore wind opportunities and want to discuss your strategic approach?

Norwegian Energy Partners in collaboration with GCE NODE and Maritimt Forum Sør invites you to our offshore wind expert workshops and one-2-one meetings with our global offshore wind expert, Mr. Alan Duncan from BVG Associates (more about BVG Associates HEREand Alan HERE ).

Offshore wind is a proven technology and cost is rapidly reduced to approach a pure commercial stage.  The combination of global growth and a desire to reduce costs makes offshore wind hugely appealing for an innovative Norwegian supply chain with its strong offshore and maritime expertise.

The workshop will include a 45 minute presentation by Alan Duncan from BVG Associates highlighting nine typical areas where oil and gas companies can find opportunities in offshore wind based on a set of criteria developed by BVG in a Scottish industry study. 2-3 Norwegian examples of oil & gas and maritime expertise utilized in offshore wind will be presented and there will be ample time to discuss.

The one-2-one meetings will include discussions about the market and the company’s current capabilities, its value proposition to offshore wind, its opportunities as well as positioning of product/technology. The meetings are scheduled to be 45-60 minutes and will be prepared and structured by the advisor before the meeting to make it highly efficient. You will also receive minutes with strategic feedback after the meeting. Time is allocated on a first come first serve basis, but with priority to Norwegian Energy Partners partners/members. Your meeting will be confirmed at the registration deadline. NB! Registrations after the deadline will not give priority to Norwegian Energy Partners partners/members.

Fees: The workshop is free for all participants.  One-2-one meeting fee of NOK 2000,- per meeting for non-Partners/members of Norwegian Energy Partners.
