“We are very pleased to be hosting such a wide variety of companies and first-rate technologies at this year’s ONS joint pavilion,” says Project Manager Ann Marchioro at GCE NODE. “There will be a significant increase in activities and company presentations as well as keynotes aiming to make this year’s presence even better than two years ago. Mechatronics Innovation Lab will showcase three different types of robots while mechatronic students from the University of Agder will demonstrate 3D printing.”
ONS is the world’s second largest oil expo with more than 1300 exhibitors and an important arena for profiling NODE-companies, cutting-edge innovation, technologies, products and services as well as the Agder Region.
In addition to the 14 companies and organizations at the NODE pavilion, another 21 NODE-companies are participating in the ONS exhibition with their own stands.
GCE NODE is hosting a 210 square meter area in Hall 9, with the same location as in 2016. The space is considered a prime location at ONS being on the main throughway and adjacent to Centre Court where key presentations are held continuously throughout the exhibition.
“We are happy to have 14 participants at the NODE joint pavilion. Sharing a space like this is ideal for small and medium-sized enterprises, giving them the opportunity to be part of a large stand at a reasonable cost. Also, participant feedback from earlier exhibitions confirms that there is greater exposure and value creation by standing together. We experience increased awareness of our world-class technology and draw significant attention to the companies and cluster,” says Marchioro.
