We will discuss business models for explorations, value chain possibilities, industry roadmap and national RDI strategy.
The aim of the workshop is to gather the Norwegian industry and researchers to discuss an action plan and areas of collaboration about how to accelerate deep sea exploration.
The main focus for the day will be about marine mineral resources. This will be seen in conjunction with environmental aspects and a legal framework being established.
Target group
This seminar is targeting decision makers, managers, business and technology developers, researcher and public entities who are working with or evaluating marine minerals as an industry opportunity for the future.

A seminar about the launching of data from the mapping on the Norwegian continental shelf, is held by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate 2 June. We expect many joint participants and will host a tapas dinner 2 June 19:00-21:00 at Hotell Victoria.
Participation and Costs
The participant fee is 2000,- NOK ex.mva (includes tapas dinner on the evening of 2 June).
