Aker Solutions is among the 10 new cluster participants approved by the board of GCE NODE at the June meeting, raising the total number of participants to a record-breaking 84.
“The influx of new companies illustrates that value of participating in a cluster that not only promotes the oil and gas industry, but also explores how existing competence and technology can be transferred to new markets,” says Ellingsen.
These are the 10 companies that recently joined GCE NODE:
- Advokatfirmaet Kjær DA
- Aker Solutions AS Kristiansand
- cDynamics (associated participant)
- G.T Automasjon og Elektro Service
- Intercept Technology Norway (associated participant)
- Lean Consulting
- Mandal Havn Strømsvika Holding
- Norconsult
- Quality Technical Group
- Telaris PCS
Helge Tennebø at law firm Advokatfirmaet Kjær says: “I am very impressed by range and depth of the GCE NODE’s work. At Kjær, we are two lawyers with a background from the oil and gas industry. It is important for us to be well connected to the industry in Agder, and we believe we have competence that will prove valuable to NODE and NODE companies.”
Øyvind Selbek at Telaris says: “GCE NODE is an important arena for meeting companies that work within our field of expertise. Telaris is a small company that often finds strength in close relations with other companies. So, the idea of working in a network is a familiar idea. We are certain that we can contribute to GCE NODE with our technology and competence.”
