"There is a momentum for ambitious corporate sustainability action", says Kevin Moss.

The Global Director at the World Resources Institute is optimistic, even though only 55 per cent of companies’ boards report to discuss environmental impact.

“CEOs recognize the risks. More than 170 large companies are already committed to reducing emission to levels that support the 2 degrees pathway”, says Moss.

He characterizes the level of global cooperation as unprecedented.

“193 states have signed up on the sustainable development goals. 180 countries signed the Paris Agreement. There is a momentum for ambitious corporate sustainability action”, said Moss at the Global Outlook conference in Arendal Monday.
