This comes as a result of a strategic change from Devoteam Group, which has decided to focus on a stronger presence in major European cities.
“The local management in Grimstad has agreed to purchase all shares from Devoteam Group and start a new company, called Egde Consulting. All 30 consultants will be included in the new company, which makes it the largest of its kind in the Southern part of Norway”, says Jøran Bøch, CEO at Egde Consulting.
The company was fully operational from May 1, 2016. It has secured a solid financial foundation for future operations and development.
