The municipality of Kristiansand, in cooperation with Innovation Norway Agder, the counties of Aust and Vest-Agder, the municipality of Arendal and NODE, has prepared an exciting program for the region’s oil and gas related industries, public authorities and academia in connection with OTC 2015.
This year NODE has its own stand at the Norwegian Pavilion which is organized by Innovation Norway. NODE will also arrange a workshop on “Big Data.” NODE businesses are invited to events organized by NODE and the group from Agder.
The Agder delegation has chosen the Westin Galleria Hotel for accommodation with alternative accommodation at the Westin Oaks Hotel or Aloft Hotel Galleria located in the near vicinity if should the Westin Galleria be fully booked. Please register at Greater Stavanger if you would like to stay at any of these hotels.
Arvid Grundekjøn, Mayor of Kristiansand, extends an invitation to the annual networking event in Houston for the engineering and supplier industry with roots and activities located in the Agder region. This networking event provides an opportunity to discuss and conduct informal business activities with industry peers from Agder and elsewhere. This is an excellent opportunity to meet and network with the industry and municipal/regional officials present and for celebrating years of strong progress in the group of companies that constitute the NODE cluster and beyond. The event takes place at the Wynden Hotel on Sunday May 3rd.
At this event, NODE has invited representatives from INTSOK to present an update on the Brazilian and Mexican markets. NODE companies are encouraged to bring their customers and business partners.
