Starting in March 2021, the program consists of a short individual talk, an e-learning module and four 2-hour workshops.
Participating company identifies a practical and relevant case from their company. A key element in the case should be the use of data. We encourage you to start with a case that is not too complicated, preferably with the use of existing data or data that is easily accessible.
The case to be explored may be related to one of the following issues:
- How can I better understand the customers’ needs, and/or how the customers use products and services that I have previously delivered?
- How can I streamline internal processes with more efficient data management?
- How can I more efficiently exchange data with those I interact with?
