Johnsen is hired by GCE NODE as Project Manager of Fremtidens Havvind. He will also take on other responsibilities at GCE NODE.
“I am delighted to join an important business cluster for industries which are vital to the Agder region – and especially to continue to promote Agder as a leading region for offshore wind,” says Johnsen.
The 30-year-old Kristiansand native holds a bachelor’s in marketing and project management from BI Norwegian Business School and a master’s in management from Kristiania University College.
Following his studies, Johnsen was accepted into the Trainee South program, in which he had placements at Kristiansand Municipality, Agder County, and the Kristiansand Chamber of Commerce. During his time at the latter, Johnsen worked extensively with energy politics.
“I bring some knowledge about the offshore wind industry, and I am looking forward to getting to know the regional players better,” says Johnsen.
