The program focuses on leaders and management talents who have ambitions to help strengthen their own business through interaction with other key players in the region.
Since 2013, more than 80 participants from both the private and public sectors have completed the program. The main goals are to strengthen interaction, to highlight the Agder region and to increase the competence of each participant.
The forthcoming edition of “Summit” is a further development of the program, based on experiences and input from previous participants and feedback from top managers in the region. More emphasis is now placed on management and sustainable development.
