During a web meeting Tuesday, GCE NODE companies gave an update on effects and concerns in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.

A number of executives from GCE NODE companies participated in the meeting organized by the cluster. The purpose of the meeting was to gather information from the supplier industry in Agder and to pass concerns and requests on to national authorities.

GCE NODE has also had one-to-one talks with executives that were unable to attend the meeting.

“It is important to have a clear understanding of the business-side effects of these extraordinary circumstances. GCE NODE is here to support the industry in every way possible. Mapping the challenges facing the industry, is crucial for an understanding of which measures might be effective in supporting the industry through these very hard times,” says Høye Høyesen, interim CEO of GCE NODE.
