He takes over after Bent-Ståle Johansen, who steps down to focus on the role of CEO of Tratec Group, which Tratec Norcon is part of.
Nils Kjetil Sande brings experience from National Oilwell Varco, where he spent ten years. As an entrepreneur, Sande founded Technical Resources, a company which was later acquired by Technogarden, a subsidiary of Norconsult. In recent years, Sande has worked as Managing Director at Advantek Engineering.
Following recent expansions, Tratec Norcon currently employs 66 people. Offices are in Vennesla (headquarters), Farsund, and Trondheim.
