A former eLearning and multimedia department in Aker Solutions, Rethink was established as a stand-alone company after a re-organization in 2014.
“While we still work very closely with Aker Solutions and the Akastor companies, we are independent of them, giving us greater freedom to pursue the development of learning technologies”, says CEO Arne B. Mikalsen in Rethink.
Rethink produces digital learning (eLearning, Nano Learning, learning games) and films/animations for the corporate market.
“We have particular strong experience and knowledge in the oil & gas segment. Rethink is a competence partner helping both small, medium and large enterprises to realize their competence needs and make this available for employees as well as customers”, says Mikalsen.
