Likestilt arbeidsliv (Gender Equality Working Life) is a certification scheme for private and public enterprises that want to work systematically with gender equality in their own organization.
“During the certification process, the company will gain competence on how to work systematically and strategically with equality and diversity in order to meet statutory requirements, while reaping the benefits of having a diverse company,” says Marte Drageset, Project Manager in the FEMINA project.
15 companies in the Agder region are already certified by Likestilt arbeidsliv. GCE NODE companies are encouraged to sign up for the second round starting in October.
“We will assist GCE NODE companies and be an additional resource during the certification process,” says Drageset.
