“We are truly sorry to say goodbye to many very talented people. If we can help and inspire some of them to invent something new, it will be good for them and good for our region. Ultimately, we’ll all benefit from it, says Managing Director Tor Henning Ramfjord at National Oilwell Varco Norway.
CEO at Cameron Sense, Tom Fidjeland, says there are several good reasons to support the pre-incubator.
“We are sad to have to let clever people go. We encourage them to stay in the region and contribute to further develop the region. The pre-incubator is a low-threshold service that hopefully will inspire people to stay, to develop good ideas and to create something new”, says Fidjeland.
