“The goal is to increase value creation and competitiveness through the use of digital technology. Participants will gain insight in how digitalization and automation can enhance their processes,” says Bjørn Saltermark, Project Manager at GCE NODE.
The program is developed in close cooperation with Mechatronics Innovation Lab (MIL) and will commence in the Spring of 2020.
Schedule
Step 0: Agreement of participation signed by December 3, 2019. Fee: NOK 4,250.
Step 1: GCE NODE Digital Maturity Survey (DMS). Between 2 and 6 persons from your company answer the digital questionnaire.
Step 2: Workshop (1) at MIL. 3 to 4 persons from your company attend a workshop at MIL.
Step 3: Workshop (2) at MIL. 3 to 4 persons from your company attend a workshop at MIL.
Step 4: Level Up! Representatives from MIL visit your company to administrate a Level Up.
Step 5: MIL and GCE NODE write a report to summarize DMS and Level Up results.
Participants from GCE NODE cluster will be prioritised. For more information and to sign up, please contact Bjørn Saltermark. The first group will finalise their program in 2019, whereas a new group will be enrolling in the first half of 2020.
