Kristensen holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Agder and brings strong financial and consulting experience from Aider, PwC, BDO, and most recently KinoSør, where she served as CFO.
She steps into a shared CFO role, dividing her time between GCE NODE, Digin, and Mechatronics Innovation Lab. As a former consultant, she is used to working with multiple companies, systems, and workflows simultaneously.
“I enjoy environments where I meet many people and get involved in different activities. I expect it won’t be boring, and there will certainly be no shortage of challenges,” says Kristensen.
“I don’t know cluster operations yet, and the industries are mostly new to me. But finance is finance, so much will feel familiar. I’m looking forward to learning and getting to know the companies,” says Kristensen.
Originally from Lyngdal, the 36-year-old now resides in Vågsbygd, Kristiansand.
