Entrepreneur Bjarne Skeie invests MNOK 30 in a new seed fund for the Southern part of Norway.

“This is a good time to invest. Investors are given a good price as risk capital is in demand. And there are a lot of people with good ideas”, says Skeie according to Fædrelandsvennen.

Negotiations on the 2016 National Budget secured money for seed funding in Agder and Telemark. The allocation of MNOK 150 is subject to an equal amount raised from private investors. The fund will help entrepreneurs in Agder and Telemark through the early stages of a start-up.
